Call 8728062183 or email crowndaycare1@gmail.com. Tell us your child's age and the days you need. We will walk you through the enrollment form. You can also book a tour to see the center for yourself.

Tour the room
Come see the classroom your child would join. You will meet the teachers who run it and watch the room in motion. Bring your questions about the day. We will follow up with the next steps.

Enroll and settle in
Complete the enrollment forms and plan a first week that suits your child's routine. Many families start with shorter days. We will talk through drop-off and pick-up. You can ask us anything as you settle in.
What to have ready
Most families bring enrollment forms, a health form and immunization record, emergency contacts, and the names of people allowed to pick up their child. We will tell you exactly which forms apply to your child. If you are unsure about any document, ask and we will help you sort it out.
Pack a change of clothes, outdoor gear for the season, and nap items if your child rests here. Label everything with your child's name. A small comfort object from home can help at rest time. A water bottle is handy too.
Before the first day, decide who will drop off and who will pick up. Tell us how you want to hear about your child's day. We will follow your lead on what feels right. A short goodbye works best for most children.
The first weeks
The first days are often shorter. Your child meets the teacher, finds their cubby, and gets to know the room. A familiar object from home can help. Teachers greet each child by name. You can call to check in.
At pickup, teachers tell you how your child ate, napped, and played. They share what went well and what was hard. Most children settle within a few weeks. Some take longer, and that is normal.

Yes, come see the rooms and meet the teachers before you decide. Children are welcome on the tour, so bring your child along and watch how they settle into the space.

How will I know how my child is doing?
Teachers talk with you at pickup about how your child ate, napped, and played. You can always ask a teacher or the director a question. We will tell you how we share news about your child.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Schedules depend on your child's age group and on what openings we have at the time. We serve children from 15 months to 5 years, and classroom availability changes through the year. Ask us which schedule fits your child, and we will tell you what is open.
What if there is no place right now?
You can ask us to note your child's age and the days you need. We will tell you when a place opens. We cannot promise a date.
What should I ask on the tour?
Ask about hours, meals, and how pickups work. Ask how the first weeks are handled and what a day looks like. Ask anything that matters to your family, and we will answer plainly.
